Harpers Yard is a collection of eight stunning one- and two-bedroom holiday homes, perfect for relaxing getaways with family and friends. Each property sleeps between 2 and 5 guests, with space for up to 32 guests across all of Harpers Yard.
Inside, you’ll find everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette (please see individual property listings for specific appliances and amenities).
Each property features modern shower rooms, while 2 and 3 Harpers Yard also benefit from a bath, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The Properties
Our holiday homes can be booked for a minimum of two nights, with nightly rates varying across the seasons and size of property. One or two well-behaved dogs are welcome at all of our Harpers Yard properties. Please bring your own dog bowls, beds, and towels with you.
1 Harpers Yard
Number 1 is a one-bedroom holiday home, with a full kitchen, glamourous shower room, and a private terrace.
2 Harpers Yard
Number 2 is a two-bedroom holiday home with a living/dining room, full kitchen, shower room, bathroom and a private terrace.
3 Harpers Yard
Number 3 is a two-bedroom holiday home with a living/dining room, full kitchen, shower room, bathroom and a private terrace.
4 Harpers Yard
Number 4 is a two-bedroom holiday home with a living/dining room, kitchenette, two shower rooms and a small patio.
5 Harpers Yard
Number 5 is a two-bedroom holiday home with a living/dining room, petite kitchenette, two shower rooms and a private terrace.
6 Harpers Yard
Number 6 is a two-bedroom holiday home with a living/dining room, petite kitchenette, two shower rooms and a private terrace.
7 Harpers Yard
Number 7 is a one-bedroom holiday home with a living/dining room, petite kitchenette, two shower rooms and a private terrace.

The Details
Each holiday home includes:
1 or 2 Luxury Bedrooms
Our inviting bedrooms feature king or single beds with premium 100% cotton linen and hotel quality bedding. There is also clothing storage, a hair dryer, iron, and a small ironing board. Please see property information on our booking page for sleeping arrangements, as we have a variety of king bedrooms, twin bedrooms, single bedrooms, and double sofa beds in some living rooms.
Equipped Kitchens & Kitchenettes
Our modern kitchens and kitchenettes have high quality appliances, cookware, and dining essentials. All properties feature a Nespresso coffee machine, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. 1 – 3 Harpers Yard also benefit from an oven. Complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar are provided.
Modern Bath & Shower Rooms
Freshen up in our bathrooms with Fine Scottish Soaps hand and body wash and 100% cotton towels. 1 Harpers Yard features a glamourous golden shower room with double rain shower. 2 & 3 Harpers Yard have a shower room downstairs, and a bathroom with bath upstairs. 4 – 8 Harpers Yard all have two shower rooms: one upstairs and one downstairs.
Comfortable Living & Dining Areas
Relax in our cosy living rooms with comfortable seating, coffee table, and TV with Freeview and streaming apps. There’s also a large dining table for hosting meals in. All properties have combined living and dining rooms; except 8 Harpers Yard which has a large and separate dining room/kitchenette.
Private Garden Terrace
Each property has a private and secure terrace with an outdoor table and seating for alfresco dining. The perfect place to unwind with a morning coffee or a glass of something special. 4 Harpers Yard has a small patio whilst all of the other properties have large south-facing terraces.
Free Parking
Each property has one unallocated parking space in our gated car park. There are three EV chargers available on a first-come first-served basis (powered by Pod).
Pet-Friendly
One or two well behaved dogs are welcome at Harpers Yard Holiday Homes. Please bring your own blankets, beds, and dog towels etc. We’d appreciate if dogs are kept downstairs and off of furniture. Thank you!
